OPEN LETTER TO JESS WILSON – WILL YOU STAND UP TO LABOR FOR ME?

Jess Wilson,

I am an Indonesianist word artist, former midwife and lover of trees, heritage and freedom.

In 2015, I offered the Australian Labor Party in Maribyrnong a unique opportunity to support international environmentalist military heritage tree plantings.

I did that to celebrate WW2, especially the service of my dad, “Rick” Fox, whose soul is said by one indigenous Indonesian to now rest at an Indonesian national heritage site sacred to the memory of American General Douglas MacArthur.

I did this for Australia but, in the words of one anonymous Melbourne barrister to me last Friday, I was “shut down in a brutal way designed so that I couldn’t get up.”

I have not yet recovered.

I come from a Labor voting family, but now, for me, the ALP is not fit to govern anywhere.

Good luck in November, Ms Wilson.

Please commit now to a new era in government in Victoria where no man or woman can suffer what I have suffered again.

Sincerely, Geoff Fox, innocent victim of the ALP, June 15, 2026, Melbourne, Australia
